Refund policy


Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. This ensures the safety and integrity of all Hydrist customers.

We do accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To complete your return, proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method only within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us at info@hydrist.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional bundles or limited-edition items

  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hydrist.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Hydrist products are formulated for sensitive skin, but individual reactions may occur. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Reactions due to personal skin sensitivities are not considered product defects. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact us — we’ll work with you on a fair, case-by-case solution.
