Hydrist Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada.

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location

  • Expedited delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We’re working to expand internationally. At this time, orders outside Canada are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@hydrist.com for assistance.

Free Shipping

Orders may qualify for free shipping during promotions or when meeting a minimum purchase threshold (details displayed at checkout).

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control. Hydrist is not responsible for such delays, but we’ll assist you in tracking your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Hydrist is not liable for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please check with your household, neighbors, or building management first, and then contact the carrier. We’re happy to help you with a claim where possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hydrist.com with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
